15:17 to Paris (2018)

I don’t want to take anything away from the heroes on that train in Paris and what they did, but they can’t act and their movie sucked. It was by far Clint Eastwood’s worst movie. Besides the re-enactment of the train scene, which was very good, it was slow and plodding with awful dialogue and scenes that tended to linger. For 3 actual friends, there was a dearth of chemistry, which means they are either very boring in real life or didn’t buy into the script or direction. Even the real actors weren’t very good. It also featured one of the worst training montages that looked like it was shot on an iPhone. This movie is a disservice to the real heroism it portrays. I give 15:17 to Paris 1 charismatic friend out of 3.
